- Explore mindful wellness strategies and learn ways to manage stress
1 pm: "I'm exhausted": Managing Caregiver Burnout. Dr. Teresa Young, PhD
- This talk will address multiple facets of caregiver burnout, including common concerns caregivers face, signs of burnout, and barriers to obtaining support. Audience members will gain a deeper understanding of the complexities and challenges caregivers face. They will be able to identify warning signs of burnout and how to break down barriers impeding wellness and support. Audience members also will learn to develop a caregiver action plan as part of this talk.

The Caregiver Support Network invites agencies, organizations and vendors who serve families and the caregiver community to purchase a table to exhibit resources, technology, services and products.
A $20 fee gives exhibitors access to distribute their materials at selected sites or all sites in which the workshop is held.
